Wow, once again, it's been a while since I've written in this thing. I've been really busy with work and school. Oh yeah, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! I love thanksgiving. It's such a fun time and there's always great food! I have some terribly terribly bad news though...at least it is for me. I'm probably losing my license for three months...yeah, and you don't know how much that's killing me. See, I got a speeding ticket in May and one week later I got into my car accident and got a following too closely ticket. Well, I went to court and the judge only reduced my speeding ticket instead of taking it off and so I had two citasions under the age of 18. Which means...license is taken away for three months. I can only drive to work -- I can't even drive to school. However, I am going to go back to court and ask the judge to reconsider her decision since it will have such a major effect on me and my family. Most likely, she won't do anything about it though. I'm so absouletly bummed. If I get my license taken away, I'll have no life besides work anymore and I'll feel like I'm 15 again, having my parents drive me around. Yuck. Plus, I'll have to bum rides and I've never had to do that because I was pretty much one of the first of my friends to get the license. It's definitely not cool. But -- I can't do anytning about it now...except to try to be a better driver while I am driving. If I get it taken  away, it looks like it will start in January. Well anways, enough of that. Yestereday was a pretty cool day. I went to school and then went to work and Nathan (who's home for break) and Christian came and sat in my section. That was cool. Haha, this girl totally gave Nathan her phone number yesterday too. It was pretty funny. He didn't even ask for it. Anyways, so I came home, took a slight nap, then went to church. We had youth group and it was actually fun last night. We played a really funny game..haha, I'm such a kid. Anyways, then Nathan called and wanted to go to a movie. We couldn't compromise on a movie cause I wanted to see Pride and Prejudice and he wanted to see Doom so we decided to just rent instead. We rented The Interrupreter which was pretty good but I probably wouldn't see it again. I love Nicole Kidman though. She's such a good actress. My fave. Well, anyways, it was fun except that I had a scorching headache. Hannah was over there with Anna and that was fun too. She's a crazy woman. Haha. Ok, so I'm really rambbling on now. I better go get ready for Thanksgiving "Dinner". My family is really weird. We have this huge thanksgiving lunch instead of dinner. We're weird, I know. Well, have a great Thanksgiving everyone!

So... I guess you can say that I didn't have the greatest weekend in the world. I went to "College for a Weekend" and well, yeah, I won't get into it, but I just didn't have the best weekend ever. I even came home early...that would be why I am home now. Well...I'm getting over it. I ended up watching Monster in Law with my mom tonight. I had already seen it but my mom hadn't so we ate popcorn and mnm's and coke and watched a chick flick. Definitely a good night for that. Well anyways, tomorrow is Sunday. I have no homework. I absolutely love that. I don't really wanna go back to school. Not that I ever really wanna go back to school. But -- Thanksgiving break is soon. Ugh, I'm so bummed. I was supposed to see Guys and Dolls, only one of my (many) favorite musicals ever but they were sold out. I'm so very disappointed. Grrr...oh well. Well, I'm probably not in the best fun loving mood tonight so I won't bore with you with the rambbling. Have a good night, all.

So I randomly decided I was going to write on this thing again but I really don't have a lot to say. Just thought I'd give a quick update. Wellll, I'm extremely busy these days with work and classes. I work 5 days a week and I seem to get an endless supply of homework every week. I just keep telling myself that all the stressful things are what is going to make this last year of high school go by for me. It's a proven fact that being stressed makes you feel like time is going by faster. Imagine that? There's a positive to stress. Well, I go to "College for a weekend" at Liberty this weekend. I'm doing it for real this time - staying with people I don't know, actually eating in the cafeteria, and auditioning for ministry teams and for a vocal performance scholarship. Very scary. I'm not staying with my sister this time because I really feel like I need to do stuff without her while I'm there since I can't always depend on her to show me the ropes. However -- I'll most likely call her half way through to see if I can crash at her appartment. I'm nervous though because I don't want to be bored to death while I'm there. They have all of these planned activities and I know I'm not gonna want to do half of them. I am however going to Guys and Dolls while I'm there which is very excting yet very disappointing. They had to do one of my favorite shows (ok, one of many but still) while I'm not there. I wanna be apart of another musical....Can you tell I've been kind of whiney these days? Yeah...but though I've been whiney, I have not been lazy. I've been making great money at the restaurant now that I'm a server. I'm savin' it up for college. Can't wait....

Well, tis all for now. I need to crash. It's been a long evening of homework and I'm rather lacking in the sleep departrment. Goodnight...or good day if you're reading this later...

Well, I guess it's about that time to post once more. Yesterday was good. I went to work and then Aubrey came over and we went to the mall and I got a new pair jeans for work. So then we came back to my place and tried on halloween costumes and we decided that we were gonna be Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart from Chicago. Isn't that totally cool. My costume is sooo cool. I have a black short whig and a black flapper dress, black heels, black gloves and bright red lipstick. It's wicked hot. So we finally went to bed and slept in this morning. Then we made yummy chocolate chip pancakes and mozied around for a while. So we finally left and went to the mall to eat some Chic Fil A and grab some lattes from Starbucks. Then I went off to work and had probably the suckiest work night I have had in a loooong time. Things were just so unorganized and I can't stand being unorganized. The problem was there was no way to get organized with the certain people we had working. On top of that, we were on a wait from 4 - 9 and it was just a madhouse. But the good thing is that I start training as a server on Monday...and I'm having a really cool trainer train me which is a blesssing. Trust me. So now I'm just sitting here really contemplating going to bed 'cause I'm sooo tired. Actually, I think I will. Yes, that sounds wonderful. Well, until next time...

Today's song: "High and Dry" by RadioHead...so good.
